So, we're swiftly approaching the end of 2025, and we're excited to share both our ambition, and enthusiasm about the near future. We've created this document to outline our progress this year as opposed to last year, and want to use that transparency to reinforce our long-term vision.

The feedback, and suggestions we've got back from our clients has been invaluable, we've made countless changes to our platform, thanks to most of you, which gives us the ability to better service clients like you.

To our colleagues and associates, it's been a long year, a lot of uncertainty, I mean wow, we've been through quite a bit. From our drives randomly failing much earlier in the year, to having unexpected delays with our expansion plans, regardless, this year was a huge leap in the right direction, unlike what's now going to be last year, we've got the whole of 2026 to focus on upgrading and improving our services.
